The Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test - EAMCET committee has announced that the notification for EAMCET 2009 will be out on FEB 12th 2009,the committee also confirmed the date of the Common Entrance Test - 14th May 2009.

Following are some of the important points that the EAMCET 2009 aspiring candidates must consider:

This time the EAMCET examination will have minor changes based on the text books published by the Telugu Academy Press.

Admissions to Pharm-Diploma will also be done through EAMCET this year.

First year intermediate (10+1) students are not allowed to appear for EAMCET 2009.

No student will be allowed to enter the examination hall after the scheduled start of the examination.

All aspirants to medical courses (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS) should have scored 50% in their Intermediate exams, as well as EAMCET examination.

EAMCET 2009 Application forms will be available in all post offices, e-Seva centers and on AP Online website.

Last date to apply: 18-Mar-2009

Option of applying with late fee:

25-Mar-2009 (late fee of 500 Rs),

31-Mar-2009 (late fee of 1000 Rs),

05-May-2009 (late fee 5000 Rs),

12-May-2009 (late fee 10000 Rs)
